What is Inner House?
Inner House is a private organization app for adults who want a calm place for inner-life records, support plans, sharing choices, and privacy controls.
It brings profiles, check-ins, memories, House Notes, attachments, calm and safety tools, therapy notes, chat, polls, maps, connections, sharing review, imports, exports, and privacy controls into one place.
Who is Inner House for?
Inner House is for adults who want a private place for inner-life notes, support plans, and records. It can be useful for people who use parts language, people still finding the words that fit, and trusted support people helping with care.
You can use the words that fit you. The app does not require one set of labels.
What can I create inside Inner House?
- Profiles or rooms for parts, alters, system members, internal spaces, or any wording that fits.
- Check-ins for fronting, co-fronting, near front, passive influence, blended, blurry, unknown, or unnamed states.
- Memory Room journal entries, tags, moods, body notes, attachments, and therapy-marked records.
- House Notes for the whole house, one profile, or several profiles.
- Safe Room calm tools, comfort plans, safety steps, support contacts, and care notes.
- Therapy Room notes, House Review records, saved therapy summaries, and exportable therapy prep.
- House Chat messages, polls, votes, House Map records, Connections, Trusted People, share events, exports, imports, and privacy settings.
Is Inner House local-only?
No. Inner House is not designed as a local-only app. Records are saved to your account so they can be available when you sign in. Your device may also keep sign-in information, settings, app lock choices, temporary drafts, changes waiting to save, widget choices, and notification choices.
