How to request deletion of your Inner House account and associated app data.

Overview

This page explains how to request deletion of your Inner House account and associated app data from inside or outside the app.

For privacy questions, data requests, or deletion help, contact hello@brittanyapps.com.

In-App Deletion

If you can sign in, open Settings > Data Ownership > Delete Account.

You can also choose "Delete App Data Only" from that screen if you want to delete app records while keeping the sign-in account active.

The app asks for confirmation before permanent deletion begins.

Outside-the-App Request

If you cannot access the app, email hello@brittanyapps.com from the email address connected to your Inner House account when possible.

If you cannot access that email account, contact support anyway and we may need extra verification before deletion.

Use the subject "Inner House account deletion" and say whether you want to delete the account and associated data, or only app data.

We may need to verify the request before deleting account data.

What Account Deletion Removes

Account deletion may permanently delete your sign-in account, profiles, groups, message tags, attachments, check-ins, memories, House Notes, House Chat messages, polls, votes, House Map records, calm tools, safety plans, therapy notes, therapy summaries, trusted people, share events, connections, shared profiles, messages, check-in choices, removed connections, extra fields, color themes, widget and notification choices, settings, plan records, exports, import records, and related app data.

Some limited information may be retained when legally required or permitted, such as records needed for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, tax, accounting, or legal compliance.

Apple, Google, and payment providers may keep purchase, billing, or transaction records under their own policies.

Timing

In-app deletion starts when you confirm the deletion flow.

For email requests, we will review and process eligible deletion requests after verifying the account request. Some service-provider backups or logs may take additional time to expire under their retention practices.
