Rooted Reflections Privacy Policy

Rooted stores your app preferences, saved words, notification settings, and widget display preferences locally on your device using on-device storage.

If you enable reminders, Rooted schedules local notifications on your device. Notification content and schedules are managed through your device's operating system and notification services.

On iOS, Rooted can update the Rooted widget with display preferences such as whether the widget should show Scripture or Today's Word and which supported verse version to use.

Rooted does not require user accounts.

Rooted does not sell personal information.

Rooted does not include third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or in-app behavioral tracking.

Rooted does not upload your saved words, reminder preferences, or widget preferences to a server operated by Brittany Apps.

If you use the share feature for a saved word, Rooted passes the selected text to your device's native share sheet so you can choose where to send it.

If you contact Brittany Apps for support, any information you include in your email will be received and used to respond to your request.

Rooted requests notification permission only if you choose to enable reminders or send a test notification.

You can turn notifications off at any time in Rooted or in your device settings.

Because Rooted primarily stores data locally, your preferences remain on your device until you remove them, reset the app data, or uninstall the app.

If you email support, support emails may be retained for customer service and record-keeping purposes.

Rooted is not directed to children under 13, and Brittany Apps does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Updated versions will be reflected in the app and accompanying legal materials with a new effective date when changes are material.
