MySky Terms of Service (EULA)

App means the MySky mobile application, including updates and supplements.

We, us, or our refers to Brittany Apps, the developer and operator of MySky.

You or user refers to the individual downloading, installing, or using the app.

Content means all text, data, images, interpretations, reflections, and other materials generated by or displayed within the app.

User Data means all personal data you enter into the app, including journal entries, check-ins, birth data, dream logs, and self-discovery profiles.

Deeper Sky refers to the premium subscription tier of the app.

MySky provides an account-based personal framework for self-knowledge, growth, and reflection.

Tools include daily wellness tracking, dream journaling, emotional pattern mapping, self-discovery exercises, and optional astrological context.

The app is intended for adults and is listed as 18+ on the App Store. A free account is required. Some recently loaded content and drafts may remain available from device cache after sign-in, but sync, subscription restoration, geocoding, AI features, account deletion, and fresh account data access require network connectivity.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the app on a single device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

This license does not include the right to sublicense, sell, resell, or commercially exploit the app or any content.

Free features include personal birth chart visualization, Big Three, daily mood, energy, and stress check-ins, a basic journal, sleep quality logging, standard AI dream interpretation, a balance dashboard, two rotating energy domains, one relationship chart, three personal story chapters, and daily context.

Deeper Sky may include a richer dream interpretation model, extended personal reflection trends, up to 10 relationship charts, all 10 personal story chapters, growth and relationship reflections, full chakra energy reading with all seven chakras, emotional quality tagging, reflective daily guidance with action prompts, sensitivity and growth mapping, PDF chart export, backup and restore, and extended pattern reflections.

Premium access called Deeper Sky is available via auto-renewing subscriptions.

Payment is charged through your platform account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current period through your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.

Purchases can be restored at any time from the app where restore is available.

A free account is required to use MySky. Accounts are managed via Supabase Auth using email and password and are used to authenticate your identity, store synced account records, support purchase restoration, and enable optional network-backed features such as AI dream interpretation.

A Deeper Sky subscription is required for premium upgrades, including the richer dream model and other premium features shown in the app.

MySky is a self-reflection and personal growth tool, not a medical app.

None of its features constitute medical advice, psychological diagnosis, therapy, counseling, or treatment of any kind.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or are in danger, seek immediate professional or emergency support.

You retain full ownership of your personal data, including journal entries, check-ins, sleep logs, and dream content.

MySky owns the app code, design, generalized interpretations, symbolic pattern mappings, and generated chart-based content.

Core app data is stored in your dedicated cloud account, with this device optionally keeping local cache and queued writes for resilience and responsiveness.

No advertising identifiers or cross-app tracking are used. Optional AI dream interpretation and AI Insight Refinement may transmit limited data to third-party processors only when needed to fulfill those features, as described in our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MySky and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the app.

Our total aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the app or subscription in the twelve months preceding the claim, or fifty dollars, whichever is greater, except where law does not allow that limitation.

The app is provided on an as is and as available basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not warrant that the app will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any content obtained from the app will be accurate, reliable, or complete.

Astrological interpretations, dream reflections, pattern analyses, archetype profiles, and other reflective content are for self-awareness and personal exploration only.

You may stop using MySky at any time by uninstalling the app. Uninstalling removes device-local app data according to your operating system's behavior, but it does not automatically delete synced cloud account data.

To delete your synced account data and Supabase authentication account, use Delete Account in Settings where available or contact Brittany Apps at hello@brittanyapps.com.

MySky is intended for adults and is listed as 18+ on the App Store. By using the app, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

You agree to use MySky only for its intended purpose of personal reflection and self-awareness.

You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the app, or use it to develop a competing product.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any backup passphrases and account credentials.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, the last updated date will be revised and, where required, we will re-request your consent within the app.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MySky and its developer from claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the app, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the app shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith informal negotiation.

If the dispute is not resolved within thirty days of written notice, either party may initiate binding arbitration.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

The app may integrate with or rely on third-party services including Apple App Store, Google Play, RevenueCat, Supabase, OpenStreetMap Nominatim, Sentry, Expo platform services, and Google Gemini for optional AI features.

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

These Terms are between you and Brittany Apps only, and not with Apple.

Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance and support services for the app and is not responsible for claims relating to the app.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms.

You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a terrorist-supporting country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

You may not assign, transfer, or sublicense any rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.

Failure by either party to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

By using the app or creating an account, you consent to receiving electronic communications from us.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MySky regarding use of the app.
